I already have a Subi to VW adaptor plate, scored it for a fair price.

I have noticed most kits come with a fly wheel. Is it possiable to get just the flywheel, what are my options....?

Can you mod a VW fly wheel to go on the subi motor easily??

Also what would be the best fly wheel to use?

Conversion is for a Single Side Plate LBug box to EJ20T. The plan is for a Double Door Split :bounce

No reason why they wouldn't just sell the flywheel. Sherman Engineering in QLD makes them.

the flywheel will need to match the adaptor plate. Different thickness adaptors will require different depth flywheels.

I would figure out where the adaptor came from and ask them about the flywheel.

The adaptor plate is the cheap part. It's the flywheel that costs the money.
