low cost power up mods for turbo subaru

Aaprt from ecu, turbo, exhaust,.....boost controller $100-$500, power up pipe $125(make it), smoothing out exhaust ports and manifold inperfections(if your bored), waterspray on intercooler (washer bottle and bunnings),
water injection into manifold...anywhere from $250-$1000 depending on device for management. Later maniflod...taller, better torque. dump pipe with splitter or seperate wastegate pipe. Intercooler size, lenght of intercooler piping....I found significant bottom end gains from increasing lenght of pipe from filter to turbo. Fuel line cooler(like mini intercooler), fuel pump, aftermarket ignition(packs and leads, plugs), cold air box. Have to go, continue later.
