just curious to know how many people in perth actually drive veedubs with non veedub engines, at the truck yard in winton road in joondalup there is a suba turbo on the back of a learner truck,
i have also been told there is a couple of porsche conversions into baywindows and a few 6cylinder subaru bawindows too!

i kinda keep my head out for these types of cars and i have only ever seen 1 other V8 kombi in perth, and heard of 1 other V8 bus from a guy on this site (forgot his name)

My next project I need a vw as a base I be putting my 94 wrx motor into it .I am on the look out for a vw , just keeping an open mind what comes up , so keep an eye out for me


I am currently doing a run of subaru to vw adapter plates & fly wheels .So over winter there is going to be some build ups turbo & non turbo subarus .I going to make a jig for the gear box and motor cradle .This will have a 6 point pick up with custom mounts made by me .Thinking here all my work is custom , that what I am good at .

+ I now going to put a ej22 in my beach buggy , just to give the guys with v w motors the shits .

hey seagull my sisters selling a 71' bug soon, i just rebuilt the standard 1600tp, (not that you would be needing that) usual carerra kit witht he usual fibreglass cracks in the 2pac paint, pannel A1 and no rust(seriously), just to let ya know like ya said,

Thanks for that! Yeah im 22 and with the Roleystone Fire and Rescue service. Its a really small world and Roleystone is even smaller, and bit like summer bay but bush
