code of practice

Hi all converters/modifiers especially queenslanders. I have downloaded the 2008 qld guide to light vehicle modifications but for information on acceptable extensive modifications i'm looking for a copy of the current qld code of practice which apparently is available from Goprint stores

Does anyone know where i can find an online version?

I have a copy, it's not that exciting. I don't know why QT don't put it online.

The national code is very similar, you could read it for general guidance;
http://www.infrastructure.gov.au/roads/vehicle_regulation/bulletin/vsb_ncop.aspx

QLD keep saying they are going to adopt the new one, but I don't know if they have yet. They are friggen slow. You could try ringing them and asking, but good luck finding anyone that knows anything.

Actually you might have more luck talking to one of the approval people. I stumbled over this guys website lately;
http://www.vehiclemodificationplatesqueensland.com/ - I have no idea who he is or if he's any good.
