Car Vw early notch back ( hail to the gods for building these )

why build it = To come & have fun & try to beat my S13 nissan silvia track car in the speed events.

The parts list

motor closed deck RS liberty turbo with wrx heads & soon to be metal head gaskets to able to take 18 psi all day. Fitted with rs liberty water to air subaru intercooler. Yellow 440 cc injectors & parallel fuel rails.


Trans will be one of the custom built select-o-matic I have been working on for some time with a lsd center from a subaru diff ( when simon gets his own ) fitted with custom out put shaft & drive axel flanges. I have used one of my subaru adapter plates & machined some stock off the fly wheel to lighten it from OEM specs. We are using billet drive shafts to get the power down.

Front brakes are Rx7 using simons hubs , reas are nissan I think ?

At the end we are looking for 200hp and a cheap project to have some fun .

Cam , I am flat out at this point of time with three builds on the go ( all turbos as well ) . I have put this down my list as Simon never shows up & when he does he looks like he has not eaten for a week.
