EJ20 adapter plate question !!

G'day all .
Are the gearbox to engine bolt patterns the same thru the EJ series ??
I have a spare EJ20T adapter plate and accessories from a motor I stuffed and was thinking of an EJ25T or there abouts for an upgrade to one of my vehicles .. If the same then I won't have to worry about buying another adapter and sundry ..
