lifted kombi cv joints?

Hey everyone, i hope someone here can help me.
Im in the process of building a lifted kombi. Its not going to high, just a 3inch suspention lift and what ever tyres will add on top of that. I have come across my first problem. I have lifted the rear suspension by 3inches which has given me exactly the height i wanted, but now my axles are on a fair bit of an angle and i think it may be a bit much for the CVs. I have driven the car up and down the driveway a few times and i cant here any noises coming from the CVs, but if i jack it up and the suspension unloads i can only just turn the rear wheels by hand. I have seen kombis with the gear box and motor lowered away from the car which solves the problem but i dont want to do this to my bus because to me it looks ugly. Is there any other ways of fixing this? I was told that porsche 944 CVs would be better but i dont know if they would be enough. I have posted some pics below, they arnt the best but might give you some idea as to what sort of angle im talkin bout. These were taken with the car on the ground.

With the suspension lift is there any change to the springplates or to the actuall full drop of the suspension when you are on a hoist?

If not, then it is probably dry CV's

or maybe you need new CV's maybe? When were they last inspected internally?

when jacked can you grab your axle and slide it back and fwd ?

We usually use a set of Auto Axles when we jack them up. The extra length allows the CV's to still float and this stop binding.
