anyone got any pics of any lifted type 3 notch squre or anything of road style or ever seen one with a body lift ???

hay how you been" did a quick serch on net with no luck therer use 2 b one here in tasmania that looked awsome" just toying with the idear would like it done for fraiser trip this year if i can get som idears flowing as got a heap of gear siting around to go into it

The ones I've seen havent had body lift, just the guards cut out enough for the bigger tyres to clear.

Desert Bug (I think) use to have a Wagon that had country buggy running gear up in the NT.

yes andrew im trying to pull my finger out but cars have dried up a bit in tas and have been flat out with work 2 go hunting. but when i find the right car it should move fast now scotty liveing back in tas the xtra hands will help dont know if il get him 2 frazer tho you never know hes starting to bye sand sport books again lol and wont let me use his cheater kit thats under the house thanks for those pics graham

just toying with diffrent idears "the t3 front end is what lets the t3 down in my plan. and its a job to convert to LP but not imposable???

I heard there is a type 3 baja for sale up near gympie on the side of the road. Apparently it looks like it has alot of rust though. Strange looking things though...

In what way does the Type 3 front end let you down in your plans?

From what I can see a Type 3 front end is a variation on the Type 1 ball joint front end with built in adjustment.

I'm considering making a buggy based on a Type3, so I'd appreciate your input.
