I saw it there about a month ago.
Its been there for some time now.

It use to belong to a guy from Medowie Near Newcastle.

Here is the advert from when it was in Unique cars magazine.

Yeah that was in VW Trends nearly 20 years ago now...at least. How much do the guys on Parramatta Rd want for it? 10k????

Bizarre - March 24th, 2005 at 11:31 AM

Yeah - drive past it every day

T'is a nice blue colour now.

Will have to stop and have a look inside. It just sits in the rain - so i am guessing it has rubber seats and mats along with some BIG drain holes ???:alien

Is it registered? Just needs a nice carson top and some windows [cos I think these where filled], and she's water tight.

Bizarre - March 24th, 2005 at 06:44 PM

ummmm.....whats a carson top???

Is that where a hair dresser sits on top of the car??? :duh

HotRodMatt - March 24th, 2005 at 07:05 PM

A carson top is a removable hard top. usually made with a wire/steel frame padded and trimmed. Though you do see some fibreglass ones too.
