Mk1 Golfs look the biz. There is one that I've seen in mags with full old beetle interior etc. that looks awesome.

Remember that there is a fine line between rat and just plain crap.

i bolted together a 13:1 twin 48 sucking two door with a mate, it used to ping on avgas but it did scoot along lol I like the look

I think Rat Golfs look pretty good but they should leave the roof rack, skis, suitcases and eskies at home. just doesnt suit a modern car. Its looks like someone is on the way to the tip with Grannies junk.
