Could anyone who has done it pass on any tricks as to what they did to make them work? I have tons of hypo bug parts would be happy to swap parts for
knowledge.
eg; do I need to make eccentric bolts for front trailing arm bush/bolts? That will give me adjustment, but is it necessary or will stock bug bushes
and bolts work.

Be careful about which alloy arms... there's at least 3 different types of alloy arms and each have different offsets.
Spring plates can be tricky too due to different bolt patterns.
Stock Bug pivot bushes and bolts will work, but eccentrics will obviously give more adjustment/variability.
Where are you, and what bits do you have ?

Don't buy bearings locally, they are much cheaper at Pelican parts.
I also have the special tool to remove and install them.
I'm running 86 non turbo arms, they gave me 46 mm increase in track per side at the bolt face.

If you need to use the 944 bearing tool let me know.
I think locally the 944 bearings are about $200 each but $57US from Pelican.
