Picking up my new toy tomorrow.
Tad excited to be undertaking this project and returning this car back to the road and track.
Hi Jace. Good to see the 'old girl' going to a good home. Over 20 yrs of hillclimb and drag racing history in that car. Cant wait to see you out on the track with us, driving to the events all round the country like Greg did for many years. I quite like this car, having driven and raced it myself. Was very nice to drive. Well done and best of luck. I was telling the old man you bought this car and he was very happy for you too.
Congrats on your newest member of your family. A very well sorted car you got there, a great base to work with.
Hope to see you at an event in the future.
Cheers Col
Good on ya Jace!! So can certainly be guaranteed to see you race at Valla next year :P? Just over 12 months lead time.
Heck... why stop there. You taking it to Warwick drags in Oct this year?
Thanks guys.
I hope to learn a bit from this. And your Right Col, It' seems like a good base to start at. I know Greg had spent quite a few years on getting it to
a competitive level.
I'm keeping the car pretty much as it looks, so it retains it's history. Just have to get the engine built and the learning begins.
Valla is out Chris. Committed to other things. Will try and get a bit of experience at the local Ringwood circuit here in Newcastle first.
Cheers Nathan.
Might have to bug you guys for a little guidance along the way.
I have wanted to get into this for a long time now, but had no idea on set ups needed. This car gives me a bit of a leg up start, so i have to be
happy with that
Can't thank Greg enough for selling it to me.
Nice car
And you may have to change you signature
