Yesterday arvo 499 hit the dyno. Larry has spent many hours building up our latest little screamer, and he really did good this time.
Humidity was at 95% (it actually started spitting rain) and the dyno temp said it was 36.9 degrees. The dyno kept stopping because it was getting to
hot, not ideal for making hp.
But that didn,t stop 499 from producing 154rwhp. and 155ft pounds of torque. The dyno dude reckons on a cooler and dryer day she would nudge 160.
Cheers Col
Cool man, whats the combo?
Heres a short vid of the dyno pull.

You should be able to SMASH every hillclimb record with that sort of HP
That is fantastic Col and Larry
That is awesome power! That would be at least 250 in the US

Well done both of you
Well done-should be able to scare yourself on some tight corners.
good proven combo that Keith must have hit it with his biggest hammer still on 98 or the good stuff E85
Still on 98 Rudi, not the size of the hammer but the person wielding it.
Cheers Col
How did the extra HP go at Bathurst ?
great results, those times would have had Colin positioned well in the higher classes too.....Phil Heafy in the evo continues to rip it up too
