Secoh - June 7th, 2004 at 10:59 AM

I'm going to be ordering a cam from the new Engle catalogue shortly direct from Engle. Anyone want to share the cost of freight and order a cam too?

no good for me unfortunately, I need a 6220 TCS-20, thanks anyway :)

Oh....turbo!!!! I have one of those.....Been sitting in a box for about 4 years! I'll get to it ne day! You'll find much better mid and top end power with that cam. The TCS-110 is a little small, better for 1776 or smaller engines!
Matt Keene's old engine (Now in a 23window splitty!) that he had in his oval used the 110 and he reckoned he'll go bigger next time....
And he has! You should see the new toy!

Best of luck!

yep! its for the twin turbo wasserboxer 2.1 project. trying to find a cam with good duration and valve lift without too much overlap is difficult. Aussie cam grinders simply don't want to know. :(

tried all of the above. one would grind it but couldnt get the blanks, another had blanks but wouldnt grind it, and seemed unenthuseastic about selling the blank. cant remember who was who now but I remember being pissed off and giving up. tried wade, watson, crow, tighe and crane.

engle have exactly what I want on the shelf. it's a lot less stress to just buy one off them.
