lost the old thread but here's a quick report. The motorkhana was run by CACA at Ansell pk in richmond. Hot day but top fun. Myself and another forum
member, Andrewh, both entered. Don't think I did very well but it was top fun. Here's the pics,

Andrew (in the fetching Hawaiin shirt) and David (motorkhana legend and owner the calita buggy in the background) discuss the finer points of the
competition before the first round.
My Zak buggy with teeny tiney back wheels, 205/70R14s, good for wheelspin.
andrewh fighting understeer admirably in the monster 1300!
Me dissappearing in my own dust. By the end of the day this was real issue. I had to slow down in the last two rounds because I couldn't see where I
was going.
All in all it was a good day though, Zak got washed down in a thunderstorm onthe way home.
CACA is running another similar event in a few months time. I will post the details when the event get closer. You just need a registerd car and $50.
Lot's of fun, low risk and all about car control, and you get to practice your handbrake turns! :thumb
Absolutely fantastic day. If you've never done this, don't miss the next one.
I thought my car did okay given it was probably one of the lowest powered and worst prepared.
I really can't wait to go again.
