Well another year as come and its time to dust of the skid lid and race suit for a new year of motorsport. For those of you who are interested in
either watching or competing in a fun and easy event. the details are below.
This is a good event to spectate at (provided its not too dame hot or too bloody cold) as you can see the whole 1.1km track.
Its also a good track to drive at because, if your enthusiasm out weighs your driving ability and you stuff up, there is no barrier wall to hit (at
least for some distance anyway).
Round 1 NSW Hillclimb Championship.
Where: Wakefield park (Goulburn)
When: Sunday 19th February 2006
Starts: About 9:30am
So for those keen petrol heads, come and compete in a great event or support your fellow vw drivers and AVD's. Last year saw 4 beetles, that super
fast speedster of petes and a even faster vw supercharged open wheeler.
It would be great to see some more beetles/vws competing and blowing the doors off the datos and escorts, or anything else for that matter.
Hope to see some of you there. So whos interested??

I'm coming to play !!!!
Renewed my CAMS lic, registered for the hillclimb series, payed my entry fee and just spent $1000 on new tyres !!!
Anybody else coming?
I was going to, but since you got new tyres I think I will wait to next year hehehe :P
BTW
Good luck, but with the electric supercharger you won't need as much luck as the others :thumb
