A good event was had by all. There was something like 9 beetles entered for this event and a couple of VW powered open wheelers. All beetls preformed well with Craig fastest of the beetles. He won the class, was 10th outright (2nd fastest tintop), set a new record and was fastest into the pinch of all the beetles (or 3j club cars for that matter) at 116kph. Ben Duire was 2nd in class by a few 10th's with Heath, Grant me and Christine seperated by a couple of 10th's. Thats it for the NSW state hillclimbs this year.
Zzzzt ZZZttt! What's that noise? A CV, perhaps?

Good work VDU.88A for having a go at his first ever hill climb at a scary track! :thumb
Yeah was a little daunting at first. I didn't bend or break anything so i was a good day.Was my first proper hill climb unless you count the VW
spectacular as a hill climb then it was my second either way it won't be my last. Looking forward to the next one.
Hope to see you on the track soon to VWCOOL
yeah me too - approaching the third year of having my CAMS licence again and registering a race car trailer etc and never used either
