Wasnt in a VW though, was on foot. Hey I am getting close to what those walkers did at the world champs!

Good work Chris, what's your next run/race going to be? I'm in NZ at the moment getting ready for the Half Ironman in Nov. Just started running again after a shin splint as a result of the Syd half marathon. :crazy:

I'm doing the full KJ summer series. Probably wont do anything outside of that.

Arrrrr, back to racing at Hunley. Got that NZ half ironman over and done with on saturday. 5hrs 32mins for 2km swim, 90km cycle and a half marathon run of 21kms. Looking forward to dusting off the Spyder.
