Trackday Vee chassis, where to find one?
Volkstang - February 28th, 2010 at 06:46 PM

Hil all,
I am interested in getting hold of a stripped out Formula vee car, just a bare chassis, even damaged.
Where do I start to look for something like this?
Is there a good online site to look?
Thanks in advance.
Rich

Hi Rich,

They come up from to time to time, if they have a known history we keep them a bit close to our chest as we prefer them to become historic race cars.

The others we sell on. I've sold on two incomplete cars in the last two years, one in NSW for $500 some Nota Vee copy and another in Vic for ($1000) 1986 one off roller.

If you can tell me what you want it for I may be able to help.

I sold one a little while back for $50 - was an elfin... yes I wish I kept it, but at the same time I know I would never have had the time to do anything with it... but they do come along and not always with people trying to make a quick buck.

Good luck
