Called in at Wakefield Park to-day and saw Rod Penrose testing the 'circuit racer' beetle. Was good to see the car - and the driver - going so well.

Watch him go at the Super-sprints!

I think the car was in perfect shape after its workout - not so sure about the driver though!

I spoke with Rod down at the Berry VW show last weekend and he could get the smile off his face just talking about it. I wont say anymore than that at this stage, will leave it for him to chime in.
