Hi

My neighbour gave me calender from John Ballantyne manufacturing http://jbms.net.au/index.htm

Each month the calendar has facts about great Australian motor racers or race cars, on the October 2010 page it mentions Paul England and how he used to run twin VW engined hill climb car, does anybody remember this car?

Stan's knows about it.......I think John Spinks was trying to buy this car about 15 years ago.

Hi Craig

It would have been a handful I think, imagine trying to get both motors synchronised for corners.

I will ask Stan next time that I see him, don't want to run up the phone bill talking to him

I will be talking with him tomorrow, so I will ask him for you.

Have you seen the twin mini powered Hiollclimb car in action ?

Hi

So he still has the car, it would make a great story for VWMA.

It would certainly make a good story for VMMA, as would Heath & Christines or Ben Durie,s awesomely quick, current hillclimb cars.

Cheers Col
