I cant see the video at work, but there is no flexibility built in. Purely based on previous performance, + a guesstimate for the 6 or 7 who havent ran somewhere before. You could drive yourself crazy trying to make it fool proof. In fact I have done the last 2 years. You stay up till midinght trying to get it right and then someone turns up on sunday, double enters a car and it is all screwed. So at this point I'll keep the groups pretty much as they are and just shuffle the order of cars within the groups if they hold anyone up. Any further entries will go into another group and be all over the place. Not my fault.
