I have only a few details but i can report that Glen Torrens driving like a man possesed claimed the class win in Newcastle last weekend.
The weather was bad from all reports but that didn,t stop Glen winning the last round of the series, with a best time of 38.87 seconds.
A great acheivement Glen , well done. He also finished an amazing 13th outright from 51 starters.

Well it pi$$ed down all weekend. MGCC had to call the event off at lunch time due to te weather. Glen had some stiff competition from 'old' Tom in his super bug. Both VW's smoked the datos in the Imp Pro class with both VWs well ahead of the datos in the class. In the end GT came away with his first Imp Pro win at a state level. Congrat GT.

In saying that Heath Campbell claimed the State Hillclimb Imp Pro U2L class championship win and Colin picked up 2nd and a Dato got 3rd. Congrat to Heath and Colin for the excellent results at State Level.

Bring on 2012. I will see you guys at the track next year in my 'Green Machine'
