Went for a run down at Huntley today.
I only got 2 runs in before an evo went into a tyre barrier before lunch.

Had an enjoyable time on my first run I tried pulling third near the tower; big mistake!
Second run I went up and changed to second and then never got off it, took the whole thing flat out.

Best time 40.27... slow but that hill is steep so I didn't expect much from the new 1300. Looking forward to the drags to really sought out the engine and see how it goes on flat ground!

Weeeeelllllll, I did ask if you would like to run the tiguan Next time.

I did the same with my stock type 3. I thought I would give it a run, stick the dunlop Rs on and see if I could go flat out all the way. I got the answer on the first run. They just slowed me down with all that added friction. I went back to stock tyres and had no problem holding it flat

For anyone else reading, if you are under 25 or female, even though it is not official I could sneak you in with the same February freebie deal. Volkswagen or no Volkswagen. Next event Sunday April 1st.
