Just over 50 entrants. Heaps of watercooled vws there which was great. The aircoolers have hung a lot of shit on the watercooled guys in the past, but they turned up in strong numbers and performed really well.

One of the cars that Guy Harding was involved with broke a lower control arm and munched the wheel and other bits up.

very proud of my son Dean . He flew up from Melbourne for this event , helped me at WPVW for the week , prepared his own beetle for racing , drove 180ks to the event , gave his beetle a good floggin and then drove home in the afternoon , was back on a plane to Melbourne early sunday morning .....well done mate !!

Hi Wayne

Great videos, I'm new to GoPro cameras but I bought mine from a friend who runs Targa events at The Bike Shed Mortdale.

He gave me a tip, you need set the spot meter settings to "on" otherwise you get great detail inside but the outside appears over bright like in Deans video.

Hi Matt

It was one foot on two pedals, bloody hate wearing shoes when I drive but I have to comply with CAMS, I will have to buy some gay driving shoes I think.
