Victorian Drag Beetle

On a recent trip across to Tasmania, I noticed at Devonport a very nice blue two tone blue and white VW drag Beetle being towed behind an Amarok also disembarking. I didn't have time to stop and chat, but I did toot the horn to say hello. Anyone on here own the bug or does anyone know who it is?

I think it was on eBay recently Craig, simon Thompson (humpty) said it was nick from Volkommon arts old drag bug... He will correct me if I'm wrong.

Thanks Michael. It was their old Junka tarted up, but I hadn't seen it with a lick of paint before.

I haven't heard from Nik or George in a long while. I see them at the Victorian show, but they usually only bring along show cars, nothing drag racing related. As Michael pointed out, I think even their drag Beetle Junka has been sold.
