WSID - Street Meet 1/12 & 8/12 - Who is racing?

So who is racing on the 1st and 8th of December? I'm shooting there on those days and am hoping to catch more than one or two dubs tearing up the track!

Lots of good images if you race! Will be photographing every run of every VW that attends...

and skylines :)

was out there last week to watch and all that was there was commodores skylines and the occasional ford. yellow monaro was very nice. fun to see a hk monaro racing an xy gt falcon, felt like i was back in the 70's
but no vw's :(

Sean I must agree that was a bit sad - no VWs but you did see some very fast runs , I expect !
I know they are only rotary's but did you see close to an 8 sec pass ? May be you were there a different night.
Did you see the Hayabussa motor bikes - 1300 cc turbo charged makes for some good perf. One was pulling power wheel stands at 2/3 track.

That hayabusa was insane. He was pulling 8.8's all night. Is it street rego'd
Are some nights better than others cause it seems to be on every week now
When it was at the old strip it was every second week so more people were going and more interesting cars
makes it hard to know when to go cause i've been living in canberra this year, but will be moving back to sydney next week
Don't know if you remember me glenn. i asked you about cbb's bug at the vw nationals down the end of the track.

will be able to go every week after that once i move back to sydney not that i will
hopefully have my mates rx4 running soon so we'll be able to take that out while i finish my bug
