does any body have any pics of some wheelie bars fitted to a beetle also some good pics of how they mount i need them to unclip easily as its on a road car
are they going on here?
Adam,
i have got a few pics and different setups in mags you could have a look at, I was thinking about it for mine but with the turbo header and low uncut
apron, could be hard.
try this wedsite for some pics: http://www.foreracing.com/home.html
I think the turbo manx from your USA shots shows one off also.
T54
Adam, perhaps you could try some balast or some stiffer tortion bars in the rear. Front limiting straps will stop wheelies in some cases too. Wheelie bars on a road car are a last resort because of the inconvienience. ....regards DB
no its not for the car above its for the new turbo car
the turbo is mounted on top of the g/box so i have plenty
of room(no exhaust inthe way)
so dan is the beam in the 54 yet
yep, put it in yesterday.
took pics, but left the camera up at AE's.
what baout mounted of the forks and also the rear bumper mounts? probably getting it down to 8 bolts?
Hey Adam,
What's going in to the new turbo car. What are you bolting together?
Are you putting it in to the old race car?
Cheers,
James C.
