Hell, I'd like to come over there and see some of your events and your cars, from what I have seen on this website,ya'll have alot closer bunch of guys.I have never seen anyone here in the STATES show everyone the insides of his motor the way I have seen here, that's very cool.I have been to some big events, but I have had more fun going to some little track where they have not seen a VW run before, got them on tape where they say "what is that VW gonna do against that big block"and then we smoked them!!!! now thats fun, hahah
Is this your new car Mike?
Any shots of the Ghia?

Thank you Dave,
I couldn't figure out how to do that,Yes that is the new car.I am almost done with the new motor for it ,2275 turbo, taken me 8 months to
save money and build,I know everyone has had that problem. The old car,a 1958 ghia,I have on disc,am trying to get it posted, but I am better at cars
than computers and having problems doing it.My picture ,along with my mates CLint, Wess, and Taylor will be posted on that same site,we won(Clint) the
race at SEVWA event in Virginia on sunday in SUPER PRO,the other one (Wess) went to the 1/4 finals in PRO,so we celibrated pretty hard last
night. Thanks to you all for makin me feel like part of your VW family
Also, welcome on board--and that is a nice looking car.Good luck with getting it sorted.
Mikes tube chassis ghia.
thanks again Dave
Mikes new motor.
MMMMMMMMMMMMMMM......nice:bounce:party
All the eye candy came from DAVE KAWELL of KAWELL RACING ENGINES,he is a craftsman.I built the motor on that bench from head to head.If you want to see more of his work,he is on the web, well worth the time,a pioneer of VW turbos and really nice folks(Dave and Judy),thanks again Dave for posting
401hp@6000 with 17lbs boost.
Made 485@6000 with mega boost!
Nice, how do you like the predator?
So far I like it,very simple.A friend of mine ran one on his dragster(DAVID GREYSON),never had any problems with his except with alcohol he had to rinse it out with gas after every race.I am going to run gas, alcohol is for drinking, hahahah
I was going to say that looked like a predator carb.
Looks great Mike...if you stick it in a container this week you could probably just get here in time for our Warwick weekend......
Oh sure, now go ahead and tease me.I would love to be there, always wanted to go to AUSSIE.When I win the lottery I will come for an extended visit, like
the rest of my life!!!!! Seriously,it would be alot of fun,I hope you all have a large turnout. I want to thank everyone on this site for making me
feel like one of the guys, Mike
