No-one I know of is set up to do it on any production numbers,
but I have done one on my own crank.
Any good machinist should be able to do it for you, and NZ has many of those.

If not send it to the US, pauter is my fav.
But demello or other guys do it also.

i was contacted by a fella down in melbourne who wanted my offset 74 mill nev naismith crank and i think he said that he does wedgemating and leaves them 4 dowell not eight, as the mating is strong enough.
him and his brother run an engineering shop.
sorry cannot remember the guys name
