supercharged bug

Hi all,

There is a twin supercharged bug bug down under that has i think 2 toyota levin superchargers on it, can someone tell me whats the horsepower rating on that thing.

No it's not jeff i am from Jamaica. What year levin supercharger did he use and how different is a natural aspirated motor cam different from a supercharged one. Is that 360 wheel horsepower.http://forums.aussieveedubbers.com/images/smilies/no.gif

I could not tell you what model car it is off
because they were never available here from new.
It was however one off a 2lt 6 cylinder car and from memory it was 1.4 litre swept volume blower.
You can buy them here from japanese auto wreckers.

The cams are generally just a little wider in lobe centre than N/A cams,
and large duration seems to give the most power.
My car used both wide and close lobe centers with not a lot of power difference.
But around 112 lobe centre and 270 to 290 @ .050 is a good combo.

of memory it is a 1g toyota six cyclinder 2.0L not a levin.the levin one's are alittle smaller.

yeah those are SC14 of the 2L 1ggze motor
ive got the smaller SC12 of the 4AGZE that im putting on my 1776 atm
