"I'm just running a run of the mill 2332cc. My heads are SE 2000 CB heads ported/polished by Darren krewenchuk (kroc) and those were fitted with
46x38 valves. Udo tool steel lifters with an fk46. 48 IDA's with 45mm vents.

I pulled my virgin engine apart and had to put my 4 year old thoroughly abused mag case back together. The silicon bronze sleeves in my old case look
excellent considering the mileage and abuse. I resorted to the fk46. I had the fk47 with my virgin engine. To be honest the fk47 makes the car feel
soft off the line compared to the fk46 but its probably because it has lower c/r and bigger duration. Oddly it seemed gruntier than my 2289 cam. Just
the way calculations worked out I have 10.3:1 cr compared to the virgin engine that had 10:1. I really didn't want to go beyond 10:1. All I know is
I'll never run a mag case without silicon bronze sleeves now."
Just thought some of you may be interested if you haven't seen it already.
