His car is a street spec car with hood lining, full dash, carpet, both front seats and no rear seat. The car ran with no spare wheel but it was running a 3/4 full tank of gas. Weight of car 825Kgs. Gearbox is a beetle box running ratios 2.9 1st, 1.9 2nd, 1.6 3rd and 1.20 4th with quaif LSD. Gear changes were at 8000rpm and he was doing 7000rpm over the finish in 4th gear. Good run down.
So what colour undies was he wearing, boxers or briefs and does he dress to the left or right?
oooh Stevie, we didn't know you cared, darls!
Thanks for that info.
They must be a good set of heads.
Must turn a fair bit of rpm on the hgh way!
Rod Richardsons tranny uses a 1.12 fourth gear, and that novelty wears off pretty fast.
Looks like those tall 1st and 2nd gears are what killed the ET.
Good stuff!
