Any Volksies entered?

Yeah was there yesterday, the twins showed up full of attitude, screaming their lungs out, man they're loud. Unfortunately clutch slip/grab on the start line forced Mike to short shift and also due to the other car smoking a converter both cars shut down mid track.

Mike Launched as expected, noticed what he thought was tyre smoke from the lane beside him. Hit 2nd gear and noticed the car beside bellowing smoke so he backed off and stopped so he didn't go through the smoke blind (as it was across the track) and to allow the fire crews access to the vehicle without worrying about another car screaming through.

Launch and as the smoke was clearing.

How many runs did Mike get ???

The pics above were from the first run. In the process of the trying to remove Mike and "The Twins" from the track, an official had a brain fade and damaged the front end. It caused the front mounts to be to loose to run again safely. It will be one nice invoice the track will receive for the repairs. So the day ended without 1 full pass.
