Spotted Crazy col putting along down browns plains road.
Gave you the thumbs up :tu::tu:as i went past, but i don't think you were to interested in looking at people in boring commodores :D
I'm amazed at how streetable your car really is:tu:

I see the Col Look all the time, i hang out the car waving like crazy, but he's oblivious to others on the road, i would be too driving that little fruitloop arse kicker.

Yeah guys sorry for not noticing but if George Bush knew about my car when guantanamo bay was running id be working in cuba driving suspected terrorists around a couple of hours they would be confessing to kidnapping Harold Holt its pretty close to torture inside i just concentrate on driving so i don't go insane it's a bit better with my 5 speed but it is LOUD inside:td:

On another note, Col where can I find a buildup/history thread on your car??? It's bright and colorful I'm sure but tell me more?? I heard some rumors as to where you got it... I just don't know how true they are..

There is no thread on my car.Quickly its the old Volksrestore/volksword car !966 standard,factory style paint(vw harlequin)stock front end,it had a pretty quick 1600;14.89 best of 88mph(blew that up)now matt berry 2332 idas141hp@wheels,dave buttler 1300 swinger trans (1.48 3rd,1.125 top gear,,crown super diff all second hand/broken reclaimed parts with friction reducing coating),sway a way short axles,soild mounted and a berg shifter.15x3.5 zero offset/15x6 centerlines with 235 micky t's.thats about it.It's run a best of 8.20 in th 1/8 ,13.17@102 it is my only registered car.And those rumors are?Start a thread 4 me if you are hearing rumors there must be more come on lets here them:smilegrin:

Col,

Most people dont include reverse as a gear..

I will be bringing Herb back from the dam in the next couple of weeks - once I get around to fitting up the exhaust we can meet up..

Fruitloop aint classy enough for the buggy..

Col-look five speed is the extra tall tyres for cruising.

I think they are old 5.80/15 cross ply col?

Old yeah Dave,all 29" tall too, but they still leave great looking railway lines on the street....

Dave and i used to drive it to school! It didn't go all that well back then though. Everyone at school used to think it was a peice of crap... If only they could see it go now! oh and a friend of ours fell out the door when going around a corner once too :lol:

Was the Volksrestore courtesy car, painted with leftovers. Even COL LOOK back then.:lol::lol:

Yes this was my first car you could say, Dad (John Richardson) Got the old girl registered for me to drive to school. I went on to hit my first roo, gutter, medium strip ect... but had some great fun doing it! By the way well done col with what you've done to it now!
