Im hoping to take 2 cars this year , if , I can get some transport up for one of the cars . So , is there any interest this year to hire a truck and bring cars up ?

Will there be a 5 second pass from one of the heavy hitters - If one of the CBB crew have a nice clean run, Boys from Volkommen Art or if Trent makes it there?

Can a watercooled car crack the 7 second mark - If Guy Harding brings his New Golf R then that is quite easily achievable especially if it makes the HP he hopes it will!! (approx 600hp at the flywheel)

Who has the quickest street car - If Aaron gets a clean run then he'd have to be odds on favourite?

I just hope the weather is fine all weekend so we get good track conditions and heaps of incident free racing!!

At the opposite end of the scale I,m hoping to be there with 'team china' after a 2 year absence. There's only one problem....... the datsun powered squareback was COMPLETELY submerged in my backyard during the january floods!!!!! What are the chances of getting it going again? I spose I'll start by draining all the fluids and taking the carby off and giving everthing a good clean. Dont know, thank god there's no computers in the thing.....hoping for low 10s lol

Apmitchell74 I have seen the pics and heard of your car but never read about how fast or how much hp it makes. Sorry to strike a nerve with you but nowhere did I say that Guy's car was the quickest in Australia or made the most hp!! Please read the post before firing up your fingers on the keyboard with a response that wasnt really called for. Yes Guy has been asked to come to Warwick but it clashes with an event held by the Porsche club each year. Warwick/Portland has always been attended very poorly by the water cooled community so if someone like yourself with the sort of car you do have(which I do like very much!!) it may be the catalyst to get others involved in a great weekend of racing.

Cheers LOL Big claims without proof! My R32 with 500hp has run a 11.8@120 mph. I haven't seen any of Guy's cars run anywhere near that, So how can you say he has the fastest street Golf?

Well I guess if the car Guy is building is finished in time for Dyno Mania then the proof will be there for all to see!!
