get the glass on saturday, so a bit of progress will be made
ok let me start again
wow you have a lot of work to do
this is what i did to the rear of my buggy
i have so brackets laser cut same size as od of the rear housing
65 mm i think and 10mm in the middle which gave me a 3 " rase rear housing and tones of travle with the buggy at 100 mm of the ground ok so i setup
all 4 brackets on so 65 rhs and lined them up till they where spot on then tacket the down then cleaned up a type 3 rear end bit of cutting and
grinding then welded the setup to the housing then set it of on the pan (what ever was left) and it lined up great the welded the shite out of it then
boxed it all up and added some braces and that how i did it im not sure how everyone else goes about it
here are some pic the will show you better then i can spell it out ..again lol

G'day mate, if you still have the rear firewall aside I wouldn't mind working out a way to try and get it up here. We are after one for a
restoration on a customer's beetle.
Let me know either way.
Cheers

Stick it in the oval body Wayne has donated to Nashy
