Annual Pioneer Awards announced by ANFA

The Australian Nostalgia Fuel Association (ANFA) is proud to announce their first Annual Pioneer Awards to be held in conjunction with the Rocket Open Day and the Rocket Retro Drags and Nitro Fest at Sydney Dragway on 19th-20th November 2011.


These awards recognise the contribution made by these recipients to the sport of drag racing over many years.

It is with pleasure ANFA acknowledge the contribution these individuals have made to drag racing.
The recipients are;

Eddie Thomas
Bob Dunn
Cowin & Johns
Peter Keegan
Brian Keegan
David Cook


These esteemed racers will be at the Rocket Open Day mingling with all the fans of the sport and then will be formally presented with their awards at Sydney Dragway that night during a Meet ‘n Greet and BBQ put on by the ANFA. Nostalgia movies and music will also be in abundance.

So if you have admired these great racers from afar get along to the Rocket Open Day and the Rocket Retro Drags and Nitro Fest on the 19th and 20th of November......and bring your photos, magazines or personal gear you may want signed.

Well deserved list right there!! Rod Richardson you've got a few weeks to get the camel car finished LOL crack the whip hehehehe
