as i dont think i will have car ready to take up to sydney!! Will there be a few slower cars there??
i have my 58bug 1200cc done 11.90 at portland but a little hesisatant to takle 1/4 mile

yeah do it this year and support the event..............this is the only way to make sure it's successfull and back on again next year for when you have a quick car to run.

i will run my stocka if i can't have my hotty there

what a weekend?
decided to take the kombi,
left melbourne 10.pm friday night,with dad,son and nephew,
arrived at track gates around 9am, on arriving and accessing kombi was glad i threw in helmet removed xbox tv and esky and all bedding and comepeted, was only going to have a couple of practice runs, but after 4 runs was happy with times
and how van was running, Lined up for 1st round and wasnt happy when i had a look at dail in of car i was competing against was 13.00secs with me at 20.20, after leaving the line well and heading halfway down the track, and still seeing car on start line in my mirrors was laughing,then suddenly could see this beetle flying down track with finish line approaching was like a jockey on a horse pumping van home, hitting the line i didnt know who won?? on heading back seen son clapping with hands up and thought, shit did i actually win,on getting time sheet was wrapped yes did win by.0002 sec headed into round 2 racing another kombi was pumped, left line best all day with a reaction of .016 and hittng the line 1st was ectastic going back down exit lane until i seen my son shacking his heading saying i hadnt won, after getting times i had done a 20,05 so i broke out,should of backed off?? after adjusting dail in to 20.00 lined up against Col and fruit loop was beaten by 0.322 and again beaten in round 4 by 0.235 but had a ball , we packed van up and headed home around 10pm, thanks to craig and all involved organising another great event how about 2 days event felt like it was a little rushed! but that just may have been because i was having a ball??
