Hi All,
Who is coming to the Sydney Jamboree? Hope you're not all raced out after the VW Shootout a few weeks back. 
I've made some changes to the Modified Compact class as promised, and now full chassis vehilces 8 sec and slower can now compete.
This now gives the full chassis Vee Dubs a place to race. Don't forget the All Motor class too!
Our discounted drag racing entry is surposed to close at 6pm tonight but it'll stay open until Sunday night. $80 for a Street entry which gets the
driver and 1 crew in. For ANDRA licence holders u can do a Competition entry for $130 which gets the driver and 3 crew in if you like.

Ray still loves his volksies that's for sure but what he has created just gets bigger and bigger!! Doesn't leave a lot of time for car tinkering!!
He usually is at most vw events catching up with everyone and having a look at everyone's cars.
How's your car going? Or is it still got issues that need to be fixed? Been a while since the last update. Ready in time for Warwick?

Yeh should be ready for Warwick, got all the parts together just life getting in the way, also has allowed us to do a few things we didn't get a
chance to do last time, not rushing it, just letting it evolve.

Just things like wheel speed sensors, oil pressure and a few other things the the new computor will allow especialy engine saving devices. Some big
drain back lines from rocker cover to sump oh and did I mention the ally case and roller cam from pauter, shit and I'm trying to keep this on the
street, apart from the clutch it should be quite drivable, others would disagree, I've crossed the line.

Ive entered street grudge cause I want to do a little bit of testing . I should have the new car arriving later this year so next year will be all out

I really have my heart set on making it to this meet , but cant get focused at the moment .
I have the heads off the oval , have replaced guides , cut seats , refaced valves , refaced 1 head and will try to get into it tonight once again
..... the wind has gone out of my sails , but still keen to try !!
Dean drove up from Melbourne on friday and is helping me with great support .....
