In typical form Brad and I decided to start working on the car 2 weeks before Warwick
Worked til 4am yesterday going back now to do more
We have the new motor but that will wait till later
We've just built a little 1916 bottom end which we've thrown the strip dominators and injection on
We'll use this as a bit of a R&D thing to get all the injection and programming sorted before we build the good motor later
So let's see what we can get out of a little 1916
Hopefully should have her running tonight

Hi guys update
Spent all weekend trying to work out how to wire up the new computer
CDI and coils
Talk about a head f"#£k trying to work it out
Think we've got it sorted just need a resistor to finish the wiring up
Brad was picking that up today
So we'll give it another crack tomorrow
Could be one of those finish the night before leaving for the trip up like normal
Ah wouldn't have it any other way
Hmmm - looks as though my tools will be used once again. Seems to be a trend developing....
This time, though, put them back in the toolbox clean and in order you grubs!

Update time
We're still having computer issues
The guy that makes the ecu's is coming to look at it on Tuesday
So thought we'd use the weekend to finish all the little bits of fab work
And clean the car up so she looks like a race car again.
Brad spent most of the weekend finishing up troy's car (his car looks shit hot)
I'll leave the pic posting to you troy

Nah Aron the Cdi doesn't like wasted spark.
That was one of the issues.
Computer runs wasted for cranking . Cdi went fuck you I ain't working like that.
Today we will disconnect Cdi. Go back to coil pack with igniter only. Then dizzy if need be and then fuck it why not go back to carby as well.
Should put a set of caddies (cadrons)on .call it a base model

trying to figure out ecu and efi = fu#*ed
pulled injection off.
we've made new manifolds, put in electronic dizzy.
bolted on some 48's
made cooling fans, about to kick it in the guts,
get it running put on trailing have a shower and hit the road.
I think I have deja vu for some reason.
