ipod + head unit = joy

Hey ya'll,

I have just installed a pioneer HU and the ipod adapter to my new 69 beetle. Well how good is this, it charges, it plays there is no interference, its bloody great, and well at only 60-80 bucks more than an itrip and car charger, everyone should have one.

Please note I will put up pics when i have it looking pretty

I fitted one of those to my kombi, they are so good, much better than an itrip.

finishing the install on tuesday and will post pics then. I can't show you it half finished, thats just rude ;)

But needless to say anyone with an ipod should look into this option, especially if starting from scratch.

you need to upload it to http://www.photobucket.com.  You need to create an account its free. Then upload your image there. You can then link it in your post by typing
[img]http://www.photobucket.com/whatever[/img] and all will work.

Your link is to your local shared user account on your PC.

sounds very backwards as I am yet to get my front speakers sorted, but if I turn around,....... its great
