Item Description
Item Cost
Item Availibility
Item Picture

Any ad's not meeting these requiremnets will be deleted.

Sponsors ad page, this is great, good idea, can anyone post here, even if not a sponsor?

being that the title says business ads not sponsor ads id say go for it andy whats the worse that happens, the move it and tell you not to post in there again. i say its not illegal till you get caught.

If you're a business, you are probably aware that you *must* comply with the commonwealth Trade Practices Act and your state's fair trading laws and sale of goods acts. Prices must be GST inclusive. If you are selling whole cars, you should follow the listing rules for the Buying and Selling Cars section on what is *legally* required to be listed, particularly if you come from NSW.

We don't set these rules, we just abide by them.
