Hey, just bought a new T4 and it needs a new rubber to go around the back doors. Is there anything available aftermarket? Genuine is going to cost me $211 I can get one from the UK for around $160 with postage but I'd rather go local.

Any help greatly appreciated

Probably should have been more specific it's an '02 Transporter.

$211 for genuine sounds perfect. Why would you try aftermarket (if there is any available ???) you know genuine vw will fit perfectly, last longest.......

i suppose with said logic that with the left over rubber you will have, you can make up a set of tyres for your ride too..

Tooling costs? I thought they were handmade in some third world country?
