wel my dad recently purchased me a 1974 kombi and is looking into getting a suburu motor for it, but is unsure wherre to get and how much this will cost..

There is a good thread here http://forums.aussieveedubbers.com/viewtopic.php?tid=38417  Take your time and go through the Non-VW engine conversion section. And yes, put in your location like mick said. It's no use recommending mechanical services in Sydney to you if you live in Melburg or Perth
