FS - Steel plates, plastic wall mount first aid boxes, bay kombi eng. lids
pfillery - January 28th, 2013 at 08:07 PM

Have a bay window engine lid, a few very small rust bubbles but otherwise very straight, no latch fitted, $20, also have a bay inner engine hatch with both turnbuckles intact and the insulation still intact, $10. Or $25 for the pair.

5 x large plastic wall mount first aid boxes, made from a very hard white plastic with a clip in wall mount bracket, clear plastic divider in the front to stop stuff falling out if you open it while still on the wall, these are brand new and empty (do not have any first aid supplies in them), they are lockable, albeit with a little plastic key, enough to keep the kiddies out, perfect for the shed to keep your poisons in, small fragile car parts like bulbs etc, tools or first aid bits for the car, boat, even as a kit for the house. Not cheap to buy new. $15.00 each, take your pick.

Will upload pictures soon.

I also have a lot of these steel plates for sale, potentially 100+ of them in time, salvaged but they are like new. Not sure what they could be useful for but would make great supports for anchor points, reinforcing plates etc etc the possibilities are endless. They are 112mm x 105mm x 6mm thick. The centre hole is 10mm and the outers which are countersunk as well are 7mm. I have allen bolts (short ones) that fit the edge holes. They are powdercoated steel and are solid and heavy (weigh a bit over 500g each). They would cost a bit to get made and powder coated I'd imagine.

Selling these for $2.50 each, or will do 10+ for $2.00 each. Could be posted but the cost could be high. Any interest out there?

Loads of nuts and bolts too, good for projects, bits and pieces etc, (bolts fit through the centre hole of the plates so probably an M8 or equivalent), matching washers, plastic washers, normal and nylock nuts too, as well as countersunk allen screws which fit the holes on the outside of the plates. Willing to do a deal on the lot.

Will be at Dubs at the Abbey (as a spectator) so happy to bring things along and meet up, otherwise I live close by to there.

Contact Paul in Brisbane (Morayfield) by PM or email.
