Dave dont waste your time selling on here.

its a crazy deal, these shouldn't last long and are probably the best carb kit in terms of both smooth transition and power delivery.

I had a set on a 2056 T4 after swapping out 48idf, these seemed to be smoother and power was up 4hp @ 4800 kept pulling past 6500.

OZ Towdster - March 9th, 2013 at 05:45 AM

These are very tempting for the price for my 2387 build comming up shortly , the only thing that holds me back is the knowledge that Dellorto parts are so bloody hard to find

vassy66T1 - March 9th, 2013 at 06:01 AM

Parts are easy to find
CB Performance has all you want and any other little bits you can find on Ebay or Dellorto Uk.

I have only ever heard of people using 9164.2

has any one used a .1 or a .3 or .4??

vwo60 - March 10th, 2013 at 07:33 AM

I was told that these are a fine tunning umultion tubes only and do not change the mixture that much, i use the 9164.2 but wanted to try a different type but none is available unlike weber, i changed from f7's to f11's in my 44IDF'd and made a major improvement, i was advised my recarb that you would have to make them,

fish26 - March 10th, 2013 at 10:31 AM

9164.2 are what makes them so smooth.....no reason to mess around with changing unless you doing back to back testing. Its just like the F11 being the best street tube for webers.

haccc - March 10th, 2013 at 11:13 AM

is there some problem ,when someone wants to buy or sell ,others who dont want to do business have to put there unwanted 2 bobs worth in, got nothing constructive to say? Butt out!!

vwo60 - March 10th, 2013 at 01:05 PM

It is constructive, at least people are willing to share there experence with other people, they are sold and if oz toadster had not bought them i would have.

Pumba - March 10th, 2013 at 01:23 PM

My comment was a joke to dave, and he knows that:smilegrin:
