I have found my old spare bus transmission out of my chop top car here . This was freshened up about 5 years ago and not used since . This trans is based on the 1800 cc pyramid case , has been clearanced and been fitted with a steel pinion sleeve . It has a moly pinion nut , full set of ratio's , a US Gear Co. 4.57 ring and pinion , berg intermediate housing and and Folts Aluminium spool . This is the box I used to break the A Sedan world record with back in 2001 . I have no idea of the ratio's and will have to go through my papers . This trans. is located in Wollongong NSW and is priced @ $ 3000 . This has no bellhousing and no oil , ROD , 02-42729920 .

It'll have speed but I have to get it on the ground without smashing things to bits to run a decent number. Especially with how heavy this thing is!!

Folts spool? Only available as a swing axle config I think.

Simon , Dave only makes one spool for the Bus box , this is a solid aluminium outter with a one piece moly inner that is splined and pressed into the outter aluminium piece . The splines are only available in 091 to either suit the CV flanges , or his own custom inner flanges for the swing axle conversion , ROD.

Well I didnt get it cause my bloody cousin beat me to it!! LOL Box will be residing in a Split screen powered by a turbo charged autocraft engine from a sand rail making 450 odd HP. If any one can break the unbreakable its Dan hahaha
