NUG637 - April 28th, 2013 at 01:38 PM

I know this is abit of a long shot.... but someone out there has the KO off the country buggy i now own.

Going off the video from when they were found they had the numbers still there... i own the one that was cut in half and it has passed through many hands befor my ownership but im hoping someone is holding onto the KO number and the I.D. plate the rivets under the dash and is willing to sell it up to go back to its original body.

i plan to get this thing back on the road in the near future but without these i think obtaining a roadworthy will be very hard.

any help will be muchly appreciated, if someone puts me onto the person with these im offering a 6 pack of beers of your choice for the finders fee 8)

Thanks for your time,

The KO part is easy - any trophy or engraving place can do those. Just measure up a plate - grab the font and sizing and then just plug weld into place.

I am sure there would be someone around to make up the ID plate - it is just basic font but stamped from the rear. I have seen plenty made up for boats.

Roadworthy wise they look at the chassis number on the spine.

My C/Buggy is in Camp Hill is you want a look.

Cheers

Peter
