I'm sure there is someone on here with them..

Genuine or Generic..

If You know the number of the key You can get them made.

I know they are fairly cheap even from the USA even cut with the number - exactly cut as the original..
You do need the number though..

much better than having one cut to an old key..

those minute keyman or whatever are hopeless and expensive

I had two keys cut.. one is very notchy... pain..
the other is the wrong profile altogether..
I didn't check them when I had them cut.. ???

The local Mitre 10 keycutter in town won;t cut genuine VW keys as they are too hard for his cutting wheel..
He will only cut generic keys..

thanks lee I have number of the key I know I can get them from the US but wanted to stay local if I could

I 'm pretty sure there is a locksmith on here..

who can cut keys to a VW number..

We will have to wait and see if He pops up..;;lol

the fellow in the USA who does the keys used to be on ebay
but has changed His name.. I do have it on My other computer which is getting a new hard drive..

I'm told His keys VW or generic are cut first class but He is eccentric and You have to go by His rules.. lol
otherwise you will receive a blank key.. lol
